This product has been treated with natural bee wax. Although the inner bottom has been sealed with a plastic coating to avoid damage from moisture, this item is not suitable to hold liquids so please keep it dry. You can use dry/plastic flowers or a tumbler glass inside for natural flowers. Please wipe clean with a dry cloth.

Once payment is made, items take 1-3 working days to be dispatched and are normally delivered within a week through recorded post to the address specified in your order (Please note that you might need to sign for your parcel). Currently only taking orders from the United Kingdom and there is an additional charge of £5 for shipping costs.

In the unlikely case that you are not happy with the product, a full refund will be given (except for shipping charges). You would need to request the refund in writing within 7 days of receiving your parcel and send it back in the same condition.
